I think Jo and her group do a wonderful job. They don't just rescue, but actively educate the public about the slaughter issue which is sorely needed.

ANGEL HORSE HAVEN RESCUE, IS EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS. IT IS A HAVEN FOR HORSES. JO DIEBEL IS ONE OF THE MOST CARING AND LOVING PERSON WHO HAS A -A-TEAM WORKING WITH JO IN HELPING AND SAVING THE HORSES LIVES.....HER TEAM IS AS GOOD OR EVEN BETTER THEN MOST. SHE QUIT HER REGULAR JOB TO TAKE ON A TASK EVERY DAY OF HER LIFE IN SAVING AND HELPING HORSES. SHE AND HER TEAM TAKE IN ABUSED, OR READY TO SLAUGHTERED HORSES AND BRING THEM BACK TO HEALTH AND GET GOOD HOMES FOR THEM. JO, IS A ANGEL FOR HORSES AND OTHER ANIMALS. YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE BETTER THAN HER. TO ME SHE IS BEST IN SHOW. HER WHOLE FAMILY HELPS HER. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THE NAME IS ANGEL ACRES HORSE HAVEN. SHE HAS BROUGHT STARVING HORSE BACK TO LIFE AND HEALTH.

ANGEL ACRES HORSE HAVEN IS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS. A HAVEN FOR HORSES. JO AND GREG DEIBEL, HAVE WORKED SO HARD ING HELP AND PROTECTING ANIMALS TO SURVIVE. JO HAS DONE A ADMIRAL THING. SHE QUIT HER JOB TO CARE AND HANDELING HORSES THAT ARE ABUSED, STARVED, AND READY FOR SLAUGHTER. SHE HAS BUT HER TIME ON FACEBOOK SO PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS TO SLAUGHTER HORSES, AND WITH THAT UNDERSTANDING STOPPED AND HELP AND PUT BILLBOARDS ALL OVER THE STATE TO STOP THE SLAUGHTERING OF HORSES. JO HAS A -TEAM WITH HER THAT TAKES THE CARE AND FEEDING OF RESCUED HORSES EVERY DAY. HER TEAM IS THE BEST, IN HELP AND FEEDING AND CARING FOR THESE HORSE THAT THEY RESCUED.JO IS HONEST AND CARING AND HONORABLE. HER HUSBAND GREG COMES HOME FROM WORK AND HELPS JO FINISHING IN TAKING CARE OF THE HORSES. THESE TWO PEOPLE ARE THE BEST IN WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO. SAVING HORSES AND FINDING GOOD HOMES FOR THEM. JO DEIBEL IS THE MOST CARING PERSON IHAVE KNOWN ON FACEBOOK AND , HOW SHE CARES ABOUT THE WAYT HE HORSES ARE BEING SLAUGHTERED. SHE IS TRYING TO STOP THIS FROM EVER HAPPENING AGAIN. JO, MADE A VIDEO TALKING ABOUT THE WAY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SLAUGHTERING THE HORSES. SHE LOVES ANIMALS AS MUCH AS I DO BY THE ONLY WAY I KNOW HOW TO IS SEND CAUSES THROUGH FACEBOOK. SHE DOES IT BY CARING FOR WAYWORD HORSES THAT WERE ABUSED OR READY TO BE SLAUGHTERED. SHE CARE FOR THEMA ND FINDS NEW HOMES FOR THEM. THIS IS A DECATED PERSON, AND I LIKE HER A LOT FOR SAVING THEM. Jo Deibel and her wonderful volunteers go way above and beyond for these animals. Her entire days and nights involve caring for abused and neglected horses, giving them a warm, loving home. She is totally committed to saving horses and bringing them back to health. Angel Acres is the real deal.

It is amazing to me that some people have the nerve to put a pen in their hands or type out anything on a computer. I cannot believe that anyone would have taken the time to fabricate a nonsense negative story about Jo Diebel. Her wonderful work speaks for itself and anyone who has ever met her, been to her facility or watched the beginning and end results of the poor neglected, starved, beaten and almost murdered horses that she takes in and helps, knows that she's an Angel who does nothing but good.

Jo Deibel has the heart of an Angel and works very hard to rescue and properly care for horses who otherwise would have been murdered in one of those horific horse slaughter houses. I love horses, always have and her site caught my eye. It was obvious to me that she was real and serious and loved, rescued and cared for all animals. I live in Florida but went to PA to visit Angel Acres. I was even more impressed with the condition of the horses she had there and all she was trying to accomplish, and the extremely clean stalls. I think she's a pretty wonderful human being! Sincerely, Roberta Charest

I went to visit and was very impressed. She's not a rich person but gives her rescue horses all she can.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would love to be able to give her a lot of money to rescue more horses and be able to do more for them all. They need a tractor very badly and I wish I could get them one.

I've been impressed with the work being done by Angel Acres. As someone who cannot do the direct work with horses I am appreciative of groups like this and I am always confident that help I give them will be put to the best possible use for the horses. I only wish there were many more groups like Angel Acres working on behalf of the horses to save them from slaughter.

Not really sure why the crazy guy invented those numbers. Pulled out of thin air.
The dedication these folks have shown trying to:
1. Educate about horse slaughter,
2. Educate about responsible adoption,
3. Save horses,
and
4. Place them RESPONSIBLY, so that they STAY PLACED
is nothing short of amazing.

I have been following Angel Acres for a long time now. Their dedication to protect our horses through rescue, helping other horse owners in time of need and a national ( and Canada ) billboard campaign to end slaughter and much more are the signs of a true warrior. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Jo or visiting the farm, but I know how far they go and have come.

There are not to many rescues out there to save horses from slaughter for human consumption. This is a brutal ending for horses who devoted their lives to serving the humans who cared for them. It is the ultimate betrayal. I will continue to support this organization and Jo who does the most amazing work with not only saving horses, but getting the message out about the sad ending for these beautiful creatures.
