We will be forever grateful to AWAA for helping us to bring home our youngest daughter from China. We chose them to as our international agency because out of the five or so that we looked into they took the most time to get to know us, get to know what our hopes and fears where going into it and were the most willing to help us every step of the way.
It is not unusual to have companies or people promise you things on the front end of a business relationship, but quit often those promises go unmeet and undelivered to one degree or another. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE in our working relationship with AWAA. What they said they would do in the beginning is exactly what they did throughout the entire process. We became close to several of the staff members and they have reached out to us to stay in contact even after our official dealings were complete.
I can say wholeheartedly, if you are thinking of an international adoption make it easy on yourself and stop looking for your agency, because you have found the best in America World Adoption Agency!
