Almost Home provides excellent services to Adams County residents. Not only does Almost Home provide rent and utilities assistance it is also provides short term emergency shelter for families who are homeless. Almost Home has dedicated staff who have been with organization since it originated. This speaks volumes about them, Almost Home, and the community. This organization far exceeds other organizations I have been involved with in my 20 plus years of non-profit experience.

Almost Home is a wonderful organization in Brighton. They help so many families and really stand out in the community. As they run the only homeless shelter in Brighton, and one of only three in Adams County, their services are definitely needed. Just this past Thanksgiving, they were able to provide 300 families with food so no one would be hungry. They really put a lot of time and effort into their work and truly care about the individuals they help.
