There is a new president at ADRA, Rudi Maier, and he has fired many good people. He is spending money like it's going out of fashion and is spending it on unnecessary things. I have friends who work there and they say he is a dictator; his way or the highway. And if he doesn't like you, he screams and humiliates people. His friend and colleague, Mario Ochoa, fondly known as Teflon Man to staff because he somehow manages to avoid getting fired even though he's violated church and agency policies, woud squish Rudi like a gnat if he got the chance. Staff are unhappy and they just fired the in house counsellor.
