my son has been involved with wraparound through wesley and It's been a terrible experience! The TSS dont know what there doing. and no one wants to listen to the parent, Im very frustrated with this company, AND on top of everything the TSS would talk to me about all his other cases which is a big no,no! I feel Ive wasted the last 7 or 8 months of wraparound dealing with all the drama I had to hear about this company!

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

half/half.....Ive had bad ones and one or two good ones

I am continually amazed at the quality of resources and services provided by the staff of Wesley. I am encouraged by people truly living to improve the quality of life for our kids and for that I highly recommend learning more about this school(s). I am so grateful to this school for the impact it has made in our families life and will be a life long giver and supporter as long as their mission remains the same.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

providing transformational services to my family.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

make it my mission to tell people about what we do and how we do it so that not one more family with a special needs child had to live another day without a support team.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the people who have chosen to invest in us and help improve our quality of life.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

excellent

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

make an impact in so many more lives that it makes me cry to think about.

Ways to make it better...

I had known sooner and contacted Wesley for help instead of denying that our child need professional help.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

meeting the increasing demand and need for services without changing the mission or diluting results.

One thing I'd also say is that...

this is the only place I would recommend taking your child for educational services specializing in special needs... others might be bigger and have more money but it is the people and the approach that makes Wesley special

Wesley Spectrum serves families and children with special needs, emotional disturbances and behavioral health problems become responsible members of our community.Unlike other education, mental health or family service providers, Wesley Spectrum provides an array of high quality services to give children and families the strength to learn, to live, and to love, resulting in stronger families and stronger communities. Every year, they hold a Gala to raise money to fund their efforts.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the testimonials from former and current families and students who are living proof they could not have improved their life situation without the help from Wesley Spectrum's caring staff and programs.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

working with caring-dedicated people who really are childen oriented.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

very children oriented. Each staff member is unique and possesses the determination to see the children with whom they work overcome their disabilities. Each child receives personal attention. Many staff and volunteers have served this organization since it's inception in 1960.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

fund, develop, and expand more programs for at risk children and their families to become better and stronger families thus resulting in better and stronger communities.
