Rainbows and Moonbeams provided a living place for my 3 FAS children for 18 years. The kids now all go to a special college in New Mexico. I would have lost my children with out the Wies families help. They told my kids about me and why I had to let them go. I was able to keep in contact with the Wies family to follow the kids growth. I was allowed to visit when they turned 12 and visit till now.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
helping children become the best they can be. How the children are treated as their own kids. How the guidiance and help given each individual become a very proud adult.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
They treat the parents as people with a problem and helped them get help for their problems with out blame.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
I saw nothing but great individuals who do care about each child. They all work with a soft voice and a plan set up for each child, as each plan is different, just like each child learns different.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
expand the service to more children. At this time most of the money used comes from small donors. With one big donor they could work with more children and not worry about the money to keep going.
