Reviews for Playdate Behavioral Interventions

Rating: 1 stars

The staff is very unprofessional, they look like they come to work in their pajamas. The leadership is never in contact with you, so you don't even know what services they are providing. Very chaotic atmosphere, seems like a low-end daycare, there doesn't seem to be much therapy going on here.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Bring in new leadership.

Playdate Behavioral Interventions, Inc. has been an extremely positive influence in our boys' lives. They work mainly on apppropriate behaviors and social skills; but it is so much more than that. The time our boys spend at Playdate is structured specifically to the goals each one needs to work on, with a 1:1 staff to child ratio. The staff are professionally trained and friendly; and we have come to feel like they are a part of our family. Every time we drive by the building (it is literally a couple blocks from our house) our oldest (10 year old boy with Down Syndrome) asks to go there, usually mentioning a specific staff by name. Our middle son (he has an Autism diagnosis) has his favorite people there, also; but he especially loves going to the gym where he can play on the giant swing, ball pit or zip line...to name a few things. I highly recommend Playdate to anyone who needs to utilize behavior therapy services.

I have had the opportunity to see these incredible therapists in action and observe one child who was non verbal now asking for what he wants and answering questions about his preferences.
