Whether a pastor, leader or person in the pew needs assistance, LRM is here to partner in ministry. The Ministry has served churches across the country for more than 55 years. LRM is an evangelical, non-denominational organization that seeks to serve Biblical churches through the Process of Renewal. The Process of Renewal includes: Leadership Training and Development; Congregational Renewal events; Strategic Consulting; and Equipping Resources.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

engaged church members stepping forward to do more through their church.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

challenge more churches and pastors to take advantage of the ministry's services.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

hearing from individual believers the difference Jesus Christ has made in their lives.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

hungry to equip and engage others for Christ.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

offer services to pastors and leaders at no charge - investing in those believers so that they could change their communities!

Ways to make it better...

I had more opportunities to serve.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

financial and technological.

One thing I'd also say is that...

55 years of ministry is proof that God has done something. Now let's see what else can be done in the future!

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
