It's great how this family didn't just cry about what happened, they are actually trying to stop it from happening to others. I give my thanks and support to you for bringing more awareness about domestic violence.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I saw the women who were being honored and how grateful they were

In March of 2007, my sister who was my best friend, was shot and killed by an ex-boyfriend, who then shot and killed himself. She was a beautiful, vibrant, 27 year old outstanding citizen of Chicago who loved to give back to her community and help others. That is what we intend to do with this organization - help others. Help others who have been victims of domestic violence; help family members who have lost loved ones to domestic violence; help others get out of violent relationships and help others become more aware of this epidemic and ultimately help stop domestic violence!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Seeing the impact of children that we help who's mothers were killed by domestic violence; Seeing the impact of women that we've helped gain confidence and courage to leave abusive relationships.
