The residential facility is a disaster run by people that are way past their time. Promotions are often given without interviewing and not to the most experienced or most suited for the job. A state monitor is basically living on site at this point due to the many incident reports and poor staffing.

Great info, wanting to learn about Guidestar My wife Kathy is a care giver for her sister Charlene 51, in a nursing home. Thanks Norm

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

The Maybee foundation website. Link

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

try to help poeple like Charlene to have a better quality of life

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

providing a better quality of life for her

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Great

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

creat an invironment to better quality of live, education and phycial health

Ways to make it better...

Charlene had better conditions, being able to expand her live and phycial therapy

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

lack of funds to provide better personal health

One thing I'd also say is that...

We have never \had to ask for help. but we are asking for Charlene Cobb
