Reviews for California Canine Academy Assistance Dogs

Rating: 5 stars

I have two dogs that I "trained" myself who are pretty well behaved, but after taking my pup to Miss Judy I am so sorry I didn't come earlier! Yes, you learn basic obedience with the dog but what is really worth the money is what she teaches you about communicating with the dog. Rather than just following my commands, my pup thinks about things. She untangles herself from the leash, she can focus on me even in a busy environment, she knows how to show me what she wants. Her breed can often be difficult to train but since we started early she is a star pupil. Our relationship with our pup is so amazing and I don't think it would be this wonderful if it weren't for this training.

Ms. Judy is the greatest. My boxer thinks she's the greatest too. If you are looking for basic obedience or you are in need of a service dog, or maybe you just have some area's you need help with... she will explain and show you how to be successful. I have learned so much. Thanks Ms. Judy.

I went to visit a friend at the facility and was very impressed with the training that was being done. They had these kids out their walking these giant dogs; they looked like, they were pedigree pros walking dogs at one of those events you see on TV. Everyone there was really nice and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing with the dogs and the students. This is a great place.
