Reviews for Boy Scouts Of America Trust Fund

Rating: 3 stars

The Boys Scouts of America, is the only youth organization chartered by the United States government. It was founded upon duty to God and Country. It was founded upon principals and beliefs that helped young boys become men of honor, courage and yes...faith. It was was one of the last hold outs against the attacks of a world that has lost its core values. a world where faith and honor are considered intolerant and bigoted. Sex has never been an issue in scouting. That is why you don't have young girls and boys together. Boys with honorable men learning to become an honorable man.....and with that a good husband and father. Girls need to be with women...to learn to become a woman. Yes...we are different. The inclusion of open homosexuals into Boy Scouts has interjected sexual behavior into scouting. If a boy is openly attracted to other boys, then you have the same problem has having girls in boy scouts....sexual behavior being a common denominator, even if it is not happening. Homosexuals had more than enough people to have their own organization...but no they did not want that. They want everyone else to change for that 3% of the population. The acceptance of atheists into scouting is a non-brainer. "On my honor I will do my best, TO GOD and my country". It is an oath. A Scout is.....reverant". But once again...tolerance means to them....everyone else needs to change for me. To be an atheist is scouting...would be like being Jweish in the Nazi party. But I expect scouting to continue its moral dupicity. "Man is like water....he seeks his lowest levels". That is why, as an Eagle, with 45 years in Scouting, I left and now work with Royal Rangers.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Stand fast upon principles that founded the organization...even in a world that is morally deteriorating.

As an Eagle Scout myself, I only later became aware that the Boy Scouts of America openly discriminate against atheists and homosexuals, and both boys and leaders - those are their "values". If those values seem appropriate to you, then by all means press on. Those were not the values I remember being taught, however. These days, there are alternatives for boys, and I recommend those alternatives unequivocally. Though I checked the box below that says "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" of this site, I find it ironic that one of those Terms/Conditions is that I may not: "use the Site to promote bigotry or discrimination against protected classes", yet this site promotes this organization which DOES do that.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

how they let their religious bigotry prevent all boys from participating in what could be a great organization.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

gladly remove from office all of the top executives and ban Troops from being sponsored by any religious organizations.

Will you volunteer or donate to this organization?

How much of an impact do you think this organization has?
