What an amazing service. As a mental health provider and as a person who has been in recovery for many years< I can't tell you how many wonderful stories I have heard from women who are client's of mine and women in recovery who are friends of mine. In fact, recently I was able to see just how much they delve into, in a manner conducive to helping, the lives of the families they help. As this experience was with a patient, I can't add any details other than I have only seen 2 individuals work as hard as this agency does. I wish I had money to donate monetarily. I am not a fan of the fiscal mess and lack of patient centered care in this valley, in my experience this is one of the few that actually help their clients obtain safe and secure housing for their children, address barriers they face, AND gear these women into becoming full self-sustaining members of the community.
To put my rating in the context of our area and non-profit providers of services to the most vulnerable populations the

5 rating I gave them is about 2 stars greater than I would give similarly oriented non-profits in this area. I haven't looked up their financials on the auditor site (you can do this), but I am guessing most of it goes toward services for the families they help...

Could not find any location that could use the help and contribution more. Helping people on the ground in a very hard hit area.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

help one of the hardest hit cities in the US and give people a real opportunity.
