Yoga Day San Antonio is bringing yoga to individuals who would not be able to receive it without the help of the creative team that Carlos has put together. The mission is clear and the goals are being met one person at a time. The work towards bringing yoga lifestyle and movement practices to as many people who need it is progressing nicely. This program has started a ripple effect that will be making great waves for the betterment of many individuals in our city and surrounding communities. All individuals are benefitted and in the long term our entire community will be the biggest winner of all.

I have known the founder of Yoga Day, Carlos Gomez for 7 years. From the moment I met Carlos I knew he was going to help share and spread his love for yoga based on how yoga dramatically impacted and changed his life for the better. Yoga Day is the perfect organization for the San Antonio community and our future. Investing in the youth of our community not only through education but also through physical activity such as yoga will only help make better future leaders and contributors. We need organizations such as this one to take care of our young and old and through the programs Carlos is creating and directing positive change is already happening for hundreds of people every week.

I have watched Carlos build this Charity from merely volunteering to teach yoga to the elderly in the park to now serving multiple schools, wounded warriors, Haven for Hope (homeless shelter), battered women's shelter and many more. He now has recruited several other yoga teachers as well all spreading a great service throughout the San Antonio Community. He has already impacted thousands of lives and continues to grow so he can impact thousands more. A very worthy cause! - Steve Falk
