My husband and I have been members for over 50 years. They have exceptionally well trained staff that take great care of you. I am a silver sneakers member and love the classes I take. The people are so friendly and supportive.

I have been a member for many years and can not say enough about them. They are like family. I have been a donor for many years and love the impact they have on my neighbors in need. The new community giving gardens are so cool. Feeding hungry people with healthy food, awesome.

I love the YMCA. They quietly do lots of things to help people in our community. I contribute knowing every penny of what I give goes to help people.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I helped with the healthy kids day event.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Not sure

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The staff are fantastic

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Branch Director to other volunteers, they act like family.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Help every over weight child get and stay healthy.

Ways to make it better...

I had known about it earlier to recruit more people.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Competition from other non profits for donations

One thing I'd also say is that...

This is a different non profit because they also have great programs that people (with the ability) pay full price for.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every week

I joined in a low income program being a disabled veteran. The staff were totally unorganized and often confused. Trying to talk to someone with any kind of authority was all but impossible. Shabby equipment at all their facilities and frequent breakdowns such as pool heaters and steam room breakdowns were a common experience. Would not ever be interested in going or joining there again. Christian organization???? What a joke.

How would you describe the help you got from this organization?

A little

No

How do you feel you were treated by this organization?

Badly

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
