Since 1982 World Mission Society has been involved serving the deaf community and the hearing community providing American Sign Language Training to thousands of hearing people wanting to learn about becoming interpreters for deaf people in their community. The organization provides professional sign language interpreters for all kinds of situations including court interpreting in foreign sign languages such as Mexican sign language. WMS provides camping opportunity for deaf people in the USA and Internationally. WMS starts church Ministries for the deaf community. WMS starts Christian schools internationally currently working in Korea.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

We have seen many learn to communicate with deaf people in their community. We have seen late deafened people learn to communicate in sign language. We have seen social, spiritual and economic help for deaf families. Wonderful camps.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Expand staffing and add to funding.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

reward seeing people helped

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Friendly and compentent

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Introduce deaf ministry in every country in the world. (This a a calculated statement.)

Ways to make it better...

I was two people.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Funding

One thing I'd also say is that...

WMS is doing a work that will last long beyond the company's life.
