UNITED PEGASUS FOUNDATION

Rating: 5 stars   2 reviews

Issues: Animals, Philanthropy, Sports

Location: 120 S First Ave Arcadia CA 91006 USA

Mission: We take any exracehorse in jeopardy of losing his life or is living a life that is full of abuse or neglect, and we rehabilitate them to a poitn where hopefully they can go to a new career as a riding horse. Otherwise, we retire them to our pastures. These horses worked and ran hard as youngsters for mankind and too many are dumped when they can no longer run. When we can, we also try to help people with their Thoroughbreds if they need help with training or care issues so they can have a successful experience with the horse, for the benefit of the horse and then the owner.

Went up to the united Pegasus foundation and while I was being shown all the horse I absolutely fell in love with their horse Music. This organization is incredible with a very hospitable staff! I had a great experience during my visit and would recommend anyone who loves horses to stop by!
