Transitional Living Centers, Inc.
Mission:
Transitional Living Centers, founded in 1987,was established to provide services to female offenders who were re-entering the community after a period of incarceration. The program uses behavioral modification techniques in the areas of employment, parenting, education, and relapse prevention. We have instituted curriculums specifically designed for the female offender in order to change criminal thinking and behaviors.
