I had the privilege to volunteer with the marketing team at the Crisis Center back in 2015. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone. The people who make up CCTB are some of the most caring individuals I've ever met. They truly desire to see healing come to Tampa Bay and I am honored to have worked with them.

I was so impressed with everything about The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay. The staff is extremely passionate, competent, and excited about the mission, the CEO is fantastic and supportive, and the mission itself is SO worthwhile. The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay does such amazing things for the community!

It is hard to put into words what it means as a survivor to find a caring community of others who understand your circumstances. Special events organized by the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay including Voices of Strength and Take Back the Night allowed me to find my voice and stand up against sexual assault. The ability to volunteer on the Take Back the Night planning committee, participate in survivor workshops, and the Sexual Violence Task Force provided real opportunities for hope and healing I so desperately needed.

I learned about how big of an impact The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay can make on people’s lives at the Cups of Compassion breakfast. One of the speakers recounted how The Crisis Center helped her though the trauma of being sexually assaulted and how The Crisis Center helped her get her life back. It was a touching story about hope after a devastating time. With that being said, I’ve been a donor since the Cups of Compassion breakfast. I believe The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay is an excellent resource for people facing serious life challenges. And I implore everyone to learn more about The Crisis Center through a tour of their operations and/or attending the Cups of Compassion breakfast.

Every year the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay assists thousands of people in our community who are facing life-threatening situations. Their motto is "Hope. Help. Healing." and they stand behind every word with good deeds and actions for the benefit of all those in need. They are a true asset to our community and I will continue to support them in the future. Their staff and relationship managers are also second to none!
