The specific purpose of the corporation is to improve efficiency and effectiveness of education, health, and human services for the people of the state of colorado. The corporation shall undertake activities which encourage collaboration; identify and develop best practices in education, health, and human services; and initiate planning, adoption and implementation of these practices throughout the state of colorado.
Provide services to families across the state of colorado who have a child aged 0-3 with a disability. Services include parent education, support and networking.
