Mission: Teen Outreach Through Technology (TOTT), founded in 1986, initially used computer communication as a tool to allow teens (including incarcerated teens) to express themselves anonymously and safely. Their poetry, articles and thoughts form the basis for the TOTT newsletter, published bi-monthly.
The TOTT Parent Resource Center serves as a "bank" of resource information about programs, support groups, or organizations, which provide services to parents. The Center includes a well-stocked library of books, videos and resource files, in addition to a large collection of links to web sites dealing with a wide variety of issues faced by parents.
We believe that working together to inform parents about the resources available to them, supporting youth who are at risk, and educating the public to the needs of families, we can make a difference in our community.
