At step up, we offer after-school and mentoring programs that help high school girls from under-resourced communities become confident, college-bound, career-focused and ready to join the next generation of professional women. 100% of step up teens have access to a mentor.

Teen programs: step up women's network empowers high school girls in underserved communities to reach their full potential through dynamic after-school and saturday enrichment programming that helps girls become confident, college-bound, and career-ready. Programming is focused on first building a foundation of confidence and then channeling motivation into action by providing a 4-year trajectory of programs focused on self-esteem and leadership and college and career development. Step up is proud for the fifth year in a row, 100% of seniors active in our programming graduated high school and were accepted to college.

member programs: step up inspires women to inspire girls. By bringing women and girls together for mutual growth and mentorship, our entire community is strengthened.

Step Up Womens' Network is inspiring to TEENS. The women that come there allow the TEEN GIRLS heart to beat with newness. The Women come in with seasoned skills and need fresh ideas to enhance
businesses and or a young agile person with ideas to present the new FUTURE.
The more WOMEN that come to STEP UP the more TEEN GIRLS have ROLE MODELS to ASPIRE to.
I would have a person to Advocate and NETWORK for STEP UP because they can not be everywhere.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Step Up Women's Network is an organization with two purposes: 1) Facilitating professional networking, mentoring and partnerships among its members and 2) supporting underserved teen girls with after school programming focused on the arts, leadership, career and health throughout their high school years.

It not only allows women to make the connections needed to forward their own careers, but gives those same members the opportunity to provide a helping hand to the next generation of girls in their communities.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

that I've established social network through Step Up that has sustained itself even after moving out of a chapter city. The women I've met continue to provide encouraged and professional networking introductions that impact my life.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

open chapters in more cities across the US.
