The academic year tuition and fees are 26370 for full time undergraduate students and 38458 for full time law students. The per credit tuition for graduate students is 879. St. Thomas university also offers clergy and institute for pastoral ministries programs at 527 per credit. St. Thomas university also offers public services funded by federal grants. Currently human rights institute offers immigration services in miami-dade broward and palm beach counties. 21st century programs offers services to high school students.

The residence hall arrangements encourages autonomy the development of interpersonal relationships along with the convenience of residing on campus. St thomas university had 333 students living on campus during the fall 2013 and 312 students on campus during spring 2014. During summer in cooperating with a language academy st. Thomas provides room & board to students learning english.
human rights institute the institute is funded by the u. S. Department of health and human services providing immigration legal services to qualified customers free of charge. St. Thomas is reimbursed by the state florida department of children and families (pass through agency) based on an negotiated fee for services up to the amount of expenses incurred. In addition to reporting the number of clients served st. Thomas reports operational expenses of the human rights institute on a quarterly basis. Approximately 2977 clients were served in this fiscal year.
