Snowball Express since its inception in 2006 has had one mission, "provide hope and memories for the children of military fallen heroes". I can say unequivocally that since that first event in Orange County, CA to SBE VII Dec 2013 in Dallas, Texas, Snowball Express has not strayed from that mission...
