Scott and Laura are Christians in ways that are unexplainable. Please let me tell our story of the generosity of Scott and Laura, how they are truly holy spirit driven, and how they put their actions where their faith is. We met Scott, Laura and their children in 1997, by inviting them to stay in our home in Idaho for a few days. They were doing a concert in our church and our pastor asked if anyone had a home that a family of four could stay in for a few days. My husband and I spoke about at and felt God was asking us to give our home to this family so we agreed to have them stay with us. We found them delightful and full of the love of God, they had something special about them. We spent the 2 days they were with us talking about God and their mission and upon departure we hugged, gave them a donation to their mission and they left our home. We thought that was the last time we would see them and expressed to each other how wonderful they were and how blessed we were by getting to know them. Well that night they called us and asked if they could come back again to stay with us as the church they had moved onto did not have accommodations arranged for them and we of course said yes. Little did we know that that weekend would be the most important weekend in our lives. The Brookin's family were finally able to move onto their next church and again we said goodbye with love and a friendship in our hearts. We stayed in touch over the next 3 years supported their ministry on and off. As God always does he brought us back together in a way that we thought would never happen. My husband of 4 years at that time was diagnosed with a very life threatening liver disease which caused his liver to fail and fail quickly and we were thrown into a world of doctors, nurses, tests and a lot of fear. But God in his infinite wisdom had a plan, a huge plan and with out going into all of the miracles that God performed, he brought the Brookin's back into our lives and instead of the Brookin's receiving a donation, they gave one. One that would not only change our lives but the lives of many others. Scott gave Tim, a chance of a new life, Scott gave Tim a piece of his liver, what a gift, the ultimate donation. The photo you see in my post is my husband 15 years out of a living liver donation transplant. Tim my husband says, that he has had three lives, his first life, his born again life that God gave him and then God brought Scott into our lives and gave him his 3rd new life, granted by the living God and a man faithful to him. So I ask you when you give to Scott and Laura, please keep our story in mind and be generous to them in all you have and to others, as you never know when you will be entertaining angels. I leave you with one thing there is nothing I or my husband can ever do to repay Scott and Laura for what they did for us, except Love God, Love my Neighbors and always be thankful for another day of life to share the love of Jesus and for those who listen for the call of God on their life. Praise God From Whom all Blessings flow and thank you Scott and Laura for being a man and woman of a Living God! Much love Tim and Pam

My name is Doug Burdette. I pastor Morning Star Community Church. I was first introduced to Scott and Laura eight or so years ago. They came to the church and Scott did a concert. As we grew to love them I noticed and appreciated several things. First was their sincerity in following the Lord. Second was their integrity in the things that they do. The third is their sensitivity to the leading of God in their ministry. We see the fruit of their faithfulness. God is honored, the gospel is spread and I pray that we are able to partner together more in the future.

We have been blessed through the ministry of Scott and Laura Brookins through the years. They are an inspiration to our church whenever they come and share their ministry with us in both music and the preaching of the Word. It is so exciting to see how God has expanded their ministry all over the world and now especially in Africa.

We met Scott and family a few years ago when he brought his music and passion for missions to our church body. We could immediately sense the Brookins' desire to honor God in their service - a unique way to spread the Gospel in areas where it would not/could not be easily or readily heard! Scott also connected us with the needs of Brother John in Uganda and our hearts went out to our brothers and sisters there who needed help financially and through prayer. It has been our privilege to watch this family's commitment to The Lord and the Lost, and to see their Christian growth, service, and love.
Sincerely, Alan and Michelle Henne

We have known Scott and Laura as friends and supporters of their ministry for the last 11 years. We have personally witnessed their ministry efforts in Europe and a are also fully aware of their ministry and school/orphanage project in Uganda.
They are much appreciated as friends and co-laborers in the Kingdom of God. We fully support them and are especially excited about the growth and development of the children's work in Africa.
Our prayers are that God will continue to keep, bless and guide them for the future.

My name is Titus Tonea, and I live in Oradea, in the north-western part of Romania. I am married to my wife Dina and together we have six children. We met Scott Brookings and his family while he was visiting Romania as a part of his music ministry over ten years ago. We immediately had a great connection as were are both professional trumpet players and were involved in music ministry.

Seeing the difficult situation we were in as a family as well as my work as both a professional trumpet player and as a choir and orchestra conductor, Scott decided to help support us through his foundation on a regular basis. Along the years, he has faithfully continued this support for which we are very grateful!

This help meant a lot for me and my family as it always arrived to us in times of greatest need. We are so grateful for his help and support and we consider it a great blessing from the Lord!
As I continue my work and ministry today as a musician, his support has not stopped and is a constant help to us!

Multumim frumos -Thank you very much

Scott and Laura have been ministering in the US, europe and Africa for years. Scott has blessed many with his music and preaching. He is also involved in raising money and support for an orphanage and school in Africa. I support him because he is meeting people where they have needs and showing the lost His love through action!

I can confirm that the Scott Brookins Ministry has been blessing for our region. Christianity or better say Christian lectures have been rejected in our elementary and secondary schools. This ministry has been accepted and the doors of the schools are open for it.
Headmasters are interested in inviting a native speaker, plus musician. And then when they hear of your help with the poor people in Africa and your Christian testimony they are not angry. Scott Brookins Ministry is not aggressive. That’s what I like. Our nation is sensitive to any aggressive religion. With the Scott Brookins Ministry we were able to get into schools and villages.
I remember well the village Horni Dunajovice where we were together in a school. I have never been there before. I even figured out that your service is cost effective. Other forms of evangelization which we use cost more money and usually reach fewer people.
We are grateful for working together with them!

It has been our joy and privilege to have ministered with and be ministered to by Scott and Laura Brookins several times through the years. We first met them in 2004 in Cerna Hora, Czech Republic where they traveled to various churches, schools, coffee shops, pubs and other outlets with us to spread the gospel. Scott uses his God given gifts of music and the spoken word to give clear and effective messages of God's faithfulness and the gift of salvation. As a couple they are gracious, humble servants whose obvious desire and purpose is to serve God and people. We have had Scott as a guest in our home for extended periods of time where he fit right into our family life and became a family favorite, quickly. Our kids still talk about our wonderful times serving with him and just hanging out as a family. His ministry both as a musician and a speaker is vibrant, excelling both in quality and depth. This is a couple who are fiercely committed to each other, their family and the Lord. They seek to quietly and meekly serve with huge hearts, wherever God has called them and we have been greatly encouraged in our own ministry and lives. Praise God.

We are very greatfull for the ministry of our brother in Christ Scott Brookins, who is a real gift for us all here in the Czech republic where his ministry is known for more than 10 years already. He has visited already more than 30 towns and places in our country. Brother Scott is a modest, humble servant of the Lord, who does not hesitate to come anywhere where are people who does not know Jesus. He is awaking an interest in the peoples minds: Why such an artist is able to come and play here at the festival, restaurant, or pub? Scott builds the bridges and people are eager to interview him or us and thus the good news can be spread. Scott is very versatile minister, he even can adopt quickly to be with the small children and teach them how to play the trumpet. Or he often goes to the children homes and shares with the only hope for the man - Jesus. His coming is always higly expected and when he offers the dates, they are very quickly booked months ahead. The only bad thing is that Scott cannot come more frequently. We are not able to pay him the tickets, but we try to provide him at least food and accomodation, even with that Scott helps us! We thank to whoever who is sowing the good seed here in the Chzech republic through brother Scott.
Let God bless you abundantly.
