Issues: Homeless & Housing, Religion

Location: c/o 484 East Carmel Dr., Ste 128 Carmel IN 46032 USA

Mission: It is SABA''s mission to receive & accept property, whether real, personal, or mixed, by way of gift or bequest from any person, firm, trust, or corporation, to be held, administered, and reinvested to serve the tax exempt purposes of the organization & community. SABA'' incorporates the creation of parishes through eco-villages,  charitable land trusts and other projects where people strive together with a common vision. We fostor stewardship and spiritual education to assist others in achieving a better way of life.
Programs: SABA’ is searching for funding to subsidize programs for charitable endeavors. These nonprofit endeavors are specifically designed to create eco-villages, cooperative housing communities, residential land trusts, communes, student co-ops, urban housing cooperatives, intentional living, alternative communities and cooperative living where people strive together with a common vision. We would like to be able to use these funds within the various parameters of the tax exempt purposes of the organization. If necessary we will adjust our program to projects that fit within the funding criteria of the grant-giving entity or donors as long as it is not contrary to the tax exempt purposes of the organization. Ultimately, we would like to be allowed to prove our stewardship by receiving unrestricted funding in which the use of the funds will adhere to the restricted and specific purpose of SABA’ Association. We are willing to contract with the grant-giving entities to assure that the funds will be appropriately distributed for procuring said goods and or services.   SABA' shall apply for as many grant opportunities as possible as our mission is extensive in scope. It is our wish to enhance the community by creating new planning projects for transitional housing, low income housing as well as creating materials that will provide a curriculum to teach members how to care for private property. In conjunction with our “projects” we can offer a variety of small projects that create new curricula, materials, or activities for community property management. To enhance the learning curve we may invite distinguished guest speakers to visit and perform workshops for our members. SABA’ would also like to add symposiums and training activities. These activities will allow us to instruct and demonstrate good stewardship as well as benefit our community in general.

I am an employee with Easter Seals and have a background in the nonprofit/charity world. SABA' has been instrumental in teaching me stewardship and the philanthropic side of charity. I am glad to know these guys and I am sure your organization will benefit from knowing them as well. Not only is the SABA' organization a grass-roots nonprofit, they are faith based. I can't say enough about this organization. Please check them out (SabaLtd.org) or donate!

SABA' is an awesome nonprofit. They set-up a full fundraising campaign for a project we are doing in Chicago. The project can be seen at www.JamesPaytonProject.org. SABA' has gone above and beyond the call of duty by creating, hosting and funding the campaign out-of-pocket. It was a pleasure working with their team of professionals. The project is well structured, totally transparent and fun. If you are a charity or even a for-profit and have a vision to help the less fortunate SABA' can help you with your philanthropy. Good luck and God bless you SABA' Association.
