Target demographics: Renewed Hope Center services individuals of all ages and ethnicities as long as they can speak english.
Direct beneficiaries per year: In 2010 we served over 300 individuals through our various programs.
Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: Help instruct students in our Focus Point Career Development Program. Could work with our Camp Hope kids who are dealing with grief. Could help work with our youth as instructors or mentors in the Extreme Teen Makeover Program.

Mission:
Renewed Hope Center, Inc. provides a place of hope to individuals trying to regain control of their lives. We are a training and counseling center providing resources for and committed to serving the people, businesses, and communities in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana and it's surrounding areas by equipping the mind, healing the heart and renewing the spirit.
Results:
Some of the things we have been proud of that we have done in these past years is the ability to guide various individuals from homelessness to job security, permanent housing and independent living. We have many stories we could tell. I'm hoping some of them will respond to this site and tell their stories personally.

The work performed at the RHC was the reason I began turning over the proceeds from the baked items sold at the Camellia City Farmers Market each Saturday. Trudy was providing direct and immediately useful support to those in need. Her passion for this work is the model needed in this community...

I think that RHC is an unique ministry in that it meet the needs of all types of peole. It is a practical ministry that help meet the needs of people hurting and in need. Giving them tools to become working people and able to provide for themselves eventually. The most important aspect of this ...
