The 'r kids Family Center mission is to provide specialized, quality services to children and families in transition. Our objective is to promote permanency, safety and stability for children by providing nurturing services to biological, foster, adoptive and relative care families.

Several years ago I was in church when the minister introduced an individual who was involved with adoption and foster care services and housed up the street from the church in one of the poorest though vibrant neighborhoods in New Haven, Connecticut.
