Project Toour, Inc. Overview
Project TOOUR was created in 1999 by members of the Lakeland, Mt. Winans and Westport neighborhoods to serve as the umbrella organization that would develop strategies to bring all neighborhoods together and initiate partnerships, programs and act as the support mechanism to assure that the associations? technical needs are provided.
