As a volunteer for a rescue at a Petsmart store I have seen how the store management oppresses the rescue personnel. I only question the significant salary the exec. Director makes. Why so much in a charity, it turns donors off. I greatly appreciate what pets art does for animals, but salaries should not be 3-4 times more than what the donors make. I'm just saying, I would be motivated to donate more... more »
