The primary mission of PACA/AAR is the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of healthy and treatable homeless dogs and cats, utilizing a foster care-based network. PACA/AAR advocates care for life, responsible pet guardianship and the no-kill philosophy.

I volunteer with the cats and also the dogs. PACA does a great job of caring for and placing the animals, and it's fun volunteering...
