Reviews for Parent Trust for Washington Children

Rating: 5 stars

I have had the pleasure of being on the board for Parent Trust for the past two years and look forward to supporting the organization for years to come! The family services offered meet a wide variety of needs, ranging from helping parents with both basic parent tips to support groups for parents in recovery. I also have friends who have taken the childbirth classes and gave them rave reviews. Parent Trust fills a vital need in the community, connecting families with resources to become healthier and stronger.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

seeing people's eyes light up with relief when they find out there is an organization providing helpful parenting tips and support.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

change nothing, other than to better spread the word about everything they offer!

I have been a board member for almost 7 years.....my level of commitment to this organization has never wavered! They provide essential services to many families in Washington State and run programs from the 24 hour family hotline to Conscious Fathering to the Great Starts program. There is much more I can say, but not nearly enough space. I encourage everyone to look at their own lives and appreciate how fortunate they are, then step outside themselves and think about what it would be like to not have your village around you. Parent Trust provides a village for those who do not have one to claim!

I have personally attended support groups to observe the changes that Parent Trust helps others to attain.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Give more money so that Parent Trust can broaden their support base!
