The 126 acre site is approved for commercial retail and industrial development. The site currently is the home of 3 businesses and a fourth business recently purchased 17 acres for expansion of it's industrial operation. The retail area (23. 96) acres on the site is platted for retail development. Infrastructure requirements (streets, sewer, water, natural gas, electricity, etc) for this area are developed as lots are sold.
