My family and I were/are in a situation we had no where to turn after reaching out to several organizations we came across Families Count, so far we have been given excellent service, they went out of their way to help us even though we are not veterans.
I would recommend anyone veteran or not to seek their assistance, if they can help then will do their very best in helping out.
I don't have any complaints with them at all, and will eventually give back to them when I get back to a stable enviroment. My family and I are thankful for the help and assistance we received.

I came to this organization for help last year as I left a domestic violence situation and got stuck in Pensacola w/ no gas or food. The woman I spoke with named Iris was very rude and said they couldn't help me. She looked at me and I can imagine I was a sight after sleeping in my car and made me feel like I was some kind of a bum. I was humiliated asking for help anyway but she made it worse. I then spoke w/ a woman named Phylliss who was over a child protection program and she said she would get me some help and never called me back. I called to talk to the executive director and she wouldn't return my call either. My experience w/ this organization was very poor and they never even tried to help me. I did get help from another organization but I won't forget how these people were so uncaring. I am now in a great place in my life and have the opportunity to help others but I wouldn't donate a dime to this group.
