Rave provided respite allowing our family to take a break from the daily routine of care giving. In turn, allowing our family time to volunteer in the community, do things with our other child, attend events (mom and dad time). Northern Nevada RAVE Family Foundation has improved the well-being of our family by providing respite. NNRFF accomplishes this by having well trained youth volunteers to care for our child and providing our family vouchers to choose appropriate respite options.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

My wife and I have had opportunities to volunteer in our community, attend conferences and other family related events; attend our other child's sporting events.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Our child feels welcomed and cared for. She does not want to leave when we return to pick her up.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

All staff and volunteers truly care about our daughter and family. They all make us feel welcomed and valued.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Grow and impact our community and surrounding communities in a larger way of meeting respite needs of families.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
