434 W. 33rd Street 8th Floor New York NY 10001 USA
The mission of the NYWF is to identify and support neighborhood programs run by women in their own communities that promote economic self-sufficiency for women and girls. The Foundation often provides the first institutional support to a fledgling organization, enabling it to climb to the next level of effectiveness and become a stronger candidate for financial support from other sources.

Reviews for New York Women's Foundation
I trust The New York Women's Foundation to understand what it means to be a woman living in a particular community at this particular time - and to respond to her needs in a respectful partnership. As a volunteer, I particularly enjoy the opportunity the Foundation offers to reach across barriers of race, class and cultural difference, and to make lasting friendships with women from all different walks of life.
