Reviews for Matrix Parent Network And Resource Center
My first experience with Matrix was receiving information regarding specific needs for my children with special needs, ranging from 3 - 15 years old. I received guidance in an IEP, the Regional Services process, even more information on resources for my child's specific need.
I have nothing but praise for Matrix Parent Network. Matrix provides the best care and help for the developmentally disabled. Their passion for what they do and the great lengths they go to is unequaled. I am so grateful for Matrix!
From the day my family moved to Marin over 15 years ago, Matrix Parent Network has been at our side, guiding us through the crazy mazes of the special education and regional center worlds. Because of the valuable training, expert advice and wealth of information, we have grown into more confident advocates for our daughter and other families traveling the special needs journey. Matrix has been empowering families like ours for over 30 years now!
My clients are mostly special needs parents, and I know that some of them have utilized Matrix's services and greatly benefitted. The staff is incredibly dedicated, kind and understanding. The workshops and services offered are enormously helpful. Without Matrix, many special needs families would be struggling to find the information and resources necessary to navigate their relationships with the school system and various agencies. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the Matrix staff 's dedication to supporting the special needs parent community.

I can share from first hand experience that the Matrix staff is one of the most dedicated, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and committed group of men and women who work tirelessly to support families with children with special needs - every day. From a simple request for information to helping a family negotiate with school officials over their child's IEP, to connecting parents to other parents in their community so they no longer feel alone in their journey raising a special needs child. This team does it all (and then some). I would highly recommend any family in Sonoma, Marin, Solano and Napa counties who have a child with special needs to lean on the Matrix team at any time.
