As it stands for what I have watched over the passed 4 weeks of major & minor baseball it is the worst I have ever encountered I wont blame the coaches for there efforts by no means but the game today on 6-6-2014 the team named the Astros only had 8 players for the start of the game then the Astros coach asked a upper division player to play for this game they were not on the roster at the start of the game witch by rules would state that the new player in the game is out each and every time the were to appear at plate not to mention that it is acceptable to play with 8 players, the worst part of the entire game is that the empire behind home plate was friends with the opposition team and when the twins team crossed the pate on 2 our more times he would call the out even when there wasn't a close play at the plate. Then warn the Twins that a player at third base would be called out if he was playing cat & mouse with the pitcher & catcher there are no rules for lead offs to start with! what a joke of a league! one star is too much of a rating!!!!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

get rid of the rule book if the Astro coach and umpire do not want to abide by Little league rules that have been in place for years!
