Programs: LPDA After School Performing Arts Program
LPDA Healthy Habits Program

Mission:
Our mission is to place full and engaging performing arts programs into middle schools and high schools throughout Los Angeles County and beyond that have had their arts funding cut. Our program is meant to be an artistic outlet that works hand-in-hand with each host-school. Each style of dance taught in our curriculum corresponds to an academic subject. For instance, Ballet corresponds with geometry, Hip-Hop with human biology and more. We help students learn retention skills for their regular academic classes and better their test preparation to enhance their GPA. Thereby enhancing their capability to be accepted to great higher education institutions, and pursue professional arts careers.
Results:
We have made wonderful partnerships with local businesses in our efforts to provide costumes, supplies, performance and field trip travel, as well as expand our visibility in the community.
