Mission:
Kids Beating Cancer’s mission is to increase access to treatment for children with cancer and life threatening diseases in need of a bone marrow or cord blood transplant by funding the cost to identify compatible donors, funding uninsured medical expenses and to provide support for families as they face the challenging journey towards a cure.
Results:
Since 1992, Kids Beating Cancer has served 5,800 children, added 37,000 new marrow donors.
Since June 2011, Kids Beating Cancer has funded medical expenses not covered by insurance allowing 13 children to receive a marrow transplant.
