Junior achievement will ensure that every child in the region has a fundamental understanding of the free-enterprise system. Junior achievement (ja) helps kids understand the connection between personal responsibility, hard work, perseverance and success in work and in life.
Junior achievement provides programs to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy, teaching business skills, workforce readiness, and life skills to improve the quality of their lives. Programs reached over 43,000 students during the 2014-2015 school year.

The training and information provided is valuable and the material is highly relevant, especially in today's "financial crisis"! I have been a JA volunteer on and off for 20 years and I'm always amazed at how interested and engaged the students are and how much they seem to learn and retain!
