The mission of Inner-City Scholarship Fund (ICSF), a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1971, is to provide unrestricted funds to bridge the gap between the tuition charged and the actual cost of educating each student of the inner-city schools of the Archdiocese of New York and to provide funding for scholarships and enrichment opportunities for the students who attend these schools.
