ISCC is all about taking care of those who cannot take care of themselves. If and when people need help they know who they can count on. Jerry Elsner, our Executive Director will leave no stone unturned until the their needs are met. Phyllis Luzader Swartz L is untiring in her dedication to ISCC. She assists Jerry and guides him to stay on the striaight and narrow. She wants every i dotted and ervy t crossed, I firmly believe her motto is do it right the first time and research every nuiance just to make sure.
