Healthy Lifestyle Network, Inc has recently expanded their efforts to help the children of Port Antonio, Jamaica by launching a four prong program. They are: a) A Reading Program- we provide books to encourage reading. b) Michael Jackson Environmental Program- teaching children how to take care of the environment by planting trees, flowers and vegetables. Participating in an anti-litter campaign for land and sea. c) Nutrition- healthy eating program, eating the vegetables they planted. d) Physical Activity- Soccer Program The Shelton Project is providing assistance to nine Infant and Basic Schools.
