Mission: Goodwill provides work services for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment by integrating work programs into the daily operations of its social enterprise. In 2014, goodwill sjv served 2,572 individuals.
Programs: Goodwill sjv provides non-competitive part time employment for individuals with severe disabilities. A skilled case manager works with each individual and his/her supervisor to provide auxiliary supports and professional development as guided by an individual program plan. Referring agencies include united cerebral palsy, department of rehabilitation and others.
goodwill operates 17 retail stores and two warehouse/distribution centers. Goodwill partners with eighteen community based organizations to provide work/learning opportunities for people with barriers to employment. In 2014, goodwill served 2,572 individuals.
