Go to Health!'s Heal the Healer PLaYLab energized and inspired our group of burnt out health care professionals to self care using techniques that literally took seconds to implement. A favorite was the five second meditations and the yogic blocking of negative imput. The world should learn what Go to Health! Teaches. Thank you Kira!

I fully endorse Go to Health! Ambuslatory Care as one of the best existing non-profits; it deserves recognition and support . As a popular educator and arts activist, I can attest to the importance of self-care for activists on the front line of social justice movements, and Kira Laura Ferrand's Heal the Healer PLaYLaB workshop provides activists with the necessary tools to remember to care for themselves, avoid burn-out, keep their feet firmly planted on the ground and replenish their energy.

I have taken the "Heal the Healer" workshops a number of times and every time I have learned something new that has been enormously helpful in my day to day life. There is something for everyone in the Heal the Healer workshops - the kind of insights and little adjustments that even a novice can feel empowered by learning and implementing. Kira Ferrand and the Go to Health team are deeply committed healers and enormously talented people especially gifted in translating their deep knowledge and experience into usable bits of healing for the layperson. I really can't praise this highly enough and look forward to the next workshop I can participate in - this service is not something to miss! This is definitely a service that needs to get out to a wide audience.

I have been a client of Kira Ferrand's for several years and never cease to be amazed at the skill and expertise she brings to her work. She is a truly gifted practitioner and stands apart from her peers in terms of knowledge and deep healing wisdom. I have participated in the "Heal the Healer" Workshops several times and not only had an engaging learning experience but took away tips and practices that I could immediatley implement in my own life. This is a wonderful organization led by a visionary who understands the importance for health care providers to live their work through self healing techniques.

Kira Ferrand is an amazing healer and facilitator of healing techniques. I attended two of her Heal the Healer workshops and benefited enourmously from both. I learned stress resuction techniques that I use daily as well as awareness techniques that have been life changing. Kira's teachings are consistent in their value yet she tailors the workshop to the needs of the participants. Any oppprtunity to work with Kira and learn is an opportunity not to be missed.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Help so many more people - it would be amazing!!!

I would like to submit a positive review of a Non-Profit organization that
i believe is an excellent and worthy candidate for the top-ratedt Non-Profits
list. A recent workshop, part of the GoToHealth PlayLab, was " Heal The
Healer" directed by the practitioner, Kira Ferrand, PhD. She is well-organized,
superbly compassionate and creative, addressing the specific needs of health-care workers
and healers. The PlayLab is evidence of GoToHealth's sensitivity to the needs
of those of us who work in the field of healthcare.

Kira Laura-Ferrand is a true healer in every sense of the word -- she is enormously empathic, caring, knowledgeable, and skilled. On top of that she has an intuitive and innovative sense of how health care can be transformed in ways that actually address the health and wellness needs of ALL people. My own work with Kira has been transformative.

I participated in Go to Health's "Heal the Healer" workshop (led by Kira Ferrand) a couple of times and found it to be nothing short of amazing. As a former cancer patient, stress and anxiety occasionally creeps in, and that's certainly not a good thing for maintaining optimal health following such an illness. The Heal the Healer workshop provided me with skills and insights needed to nip this anxiety in the bud, calm down and relax, and understand how to zoom in and focus on the signals, big and small, my body sends to my mind--definitely a worthwhile workshop, and I'm looking forward to attending another session.

The two PLaYLaB Heal the Healer workshops I have taken with Kira Laura Ferrand are truly serving me well in my daily life. They have provided me with a series of simple yet far-reaching energizing techniques that enable me to relieve daily stress and, as Ms. Ferrand advises, "always be doing yoga," no matter what I am doing or where I am. These multidisciplinary techniques, which are helping me to de-mechanize my body, as well as my mind, are as familiar and accessible as foot flexing, alternate nostril breathing, and gently massaging key pressure points on my hands, head and legs. and they are all at my fingertips. I highly recommend the PLaYLaB workshops to one and all.

The vision behind Go-To-Health is so inspiring, due not only to its multidisciplinary approach to wellness, but also because many of the concepts are so timely. As our nation and the world grapples to modify the often anachronistic and outdated mindset that impedes our medical, physical, and psychological care models, Go-To-Health offers a framework that could potentially provide profound solutions to the impediments created by our existing health care system. Even the simple concept of the bus - offering a mobile, flexible. and progressive vehicle that could serve to reach populations in a much more adaptive and sensitive manner than a conventional office - exemplifies the inventiveness of their approach. Our digital age offers us the chance to reinvent our delivery of care. Let's jump on the opportunities afforded to us by these forward-thinking practitioners and leave the past behind!

I was involved in a 'heal the healer' playlab session with Kira Ferrand and it helped me tremendously. I understood how you can't help others when you are too deep into their suffering.
