To increase AWARENESS about optic nerve disorders and other causes of blindness to the general public; to fund RESEARCH into causes, treatments and cures; and to build PROGRAMS to assist individuals who suffer from vision loss.
This year we were able to donate to research at the Doheny Eye Institute in Los Angeles, the Bascom Palmer Institute in Miami, the Foundation Fighting Blindness, and the International Foundation for Optic Nerve Disorders. We also helped fund VI runners at the Cherry Creek Sneak in Denver, and guided runners at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Half Marathon and California International Marathon.
