Sheryl Garner, Envision's founder, absolutely gets the importance of applying one-on-one and small group multi-sensory teaching methods. This group helps kids with academic challenges succeed even if most of their class time is spent in a so-called "low performing school."

Envision Learning Center and Envision Corporation are two entities that are doing superb things for students, families, schools, and the community.

Taking time out to cultivate and uplift the minds of young students provides a backdrop for the future success of our nation, and ELC does this extremely well.

I am proud to be a part of this outstanding organization. We are only getting better and better.

As a parent of students in a public school and co-founder of the Warrior Academic Advisory Council, an organization focused on academic excellence, I know first-hand the academic challenges of today’s public schools. In this capacity, I have researched intervention and enrichment resources for my children and other parents whose children were struggling academically. Envision Learning Center emerged as a solution for addressing my children’s academic needs as well as offered a broad range of academic offerings in our community including a summer enrichment camp, after school tutoring and community service opportunities for college bound students.

I have been extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism of the ELC staff and have had the opportunity to see Ms. Garner, president of ELC in action and have found her to be a “hands-on” owner. She and the staff are very caring individuals and their desire to see each student reach their potential is intense. This combination of care and passion is needed to support the academic needs of today’s students.

Envision is an excellent resource in the community and provides much needed remediation and enrichment for students. Their Power Saturday programs, tutoring services, and summer programs have been beneficial for many area families. The idea of "lighting the way" for a lifetime of learning is ver y powerful.

If I had to make changes, I would provide more volunteers and funding for programs. I would also expand the program to other areas within the tristate area.

I provided pro-bono public relation services for Envision Corporation as I see the value of the organization as well as a strong need for this in the city of Cincinnati.

In addition, my preschool-aged child received an educational gift from the parent company, Envision Learning Center, which proved to be worth the time. My child learned preschool-level math and truly had a blast during the sessions. I will definitely enroll my child to attend Envision Corporation's Power Saturdays and Summer Academic Enrichment Camp.
