Ellis Memorial, Boston’s first settlement house, has been caring for children, disabled adults, elders, and families who live and work in the South End and adjacent neighborhoods since 1885. We offer high quality educational, social, and health support services to individuals and families in need within a safe, nurturing, diverse environment.

I got to volunteer at the Ellis Memorial, which consisted of doing arts and crafts with these wonderful children and then I got to obverse them open there present from Frosty Friends. This was so special to me, to see the joy and excitement that one extra present the child got to open for the ...
