Location: 808 Washington Hermann MO 65041 USA

Mission: We do small things with great love to change the world one person at a time. Our mission is to love, counsel, guide and serve area youth in a town where there are few options for the youth outside of school. We concentrate, not only on the physical, but mental and spiritual. To demonstrate the love of Christ to a hurting world; to live it, not only preach it..
Results: We have had a lot of activities and concerts and we are building bathrooms and a kitchen so we can serve food and start building a shelter for families in need. We have received donations from around the country and also Australia.
Target demographics: All children and families in the surrounding area
Direct beneficiaries per year: 100-200
Geographic areas served: Right now in middle MO

Damascus Road is a fun and loving environment for kids of all ages.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

seeing kids feeling supported and affirmed, and feeling they have a safe and caring environment.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Find a way of getting more volunteers/staff to keep the facility open more hours a week.

Damascus Road has created a great place for kids of all ages to come and be themselves and enjoy time playing, talking and interacting with the staff and there friends and family. It is a place where they feel safe, and they get an opportunity to here about the Love of God.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Many peoples lives, parents and children alike.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

create a fund raising branch to help us with procuring donations.
